Our recruitment process
Submit your application
After you send us your CV and cover letter, we’ll review your application. You might not hear back from us until the application period for your role has closed though
Initial call with the hiring manager
We’ll set up a short call to get to know you a bit better, discuss what you're looking for in a new role, and answer any questions you’ve got
Assessment
You'll be sent a short task to complete that’s reflective of the type of work you’d be doing day to day. This might be a writing test or presentation, for example. Every applicant will receive feedback on their assessment
Formal interview
If you pass the assessment, we’ll schedule an initial 90-minute interview with at least two members of our team. In it we’ll discuss your assessment, ask you competency questions and give you the opportunity to ask us questions too. Sometimes we may schedule a second formal interview, either with different team members, or to address any topics not covered in the initial interview
The outcome
After your final interview we’ll be in touch verbally as soon as we can to let you know the outcome.
If you were unsuccessful, we’ll give you feedback. And if you were successful, we’ll extend a verbal offer, followed by an official offer letter within 2 working days
